The part-time junior graphic designer is responsible for design and production of print and digital projects, under the direction of the creative director.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in graphic design or related major
• 1+ years professional design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
• Strong understanding of the principles and practices of design
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work off-site with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Experience with video and/or motion graphics preferred

Responsibilities

• Design materials for both print and digital, and prepare final files for production
• Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on client workload, while meeting deadlines
• Client contact as needed
• Track time for invoicing purposes
• Assist with business development activities as needed, including client research and promotions
